CHINA, late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912), late 19th - early 20th century. Large scroll vase with flared neck abundantly decorated in polylobate reserves of peacocks and birds among rocks, trees and peonies. The blue sgraffiato background is punctuated on the belly with flowers and Buddhist symbols: lotus, parasol, vase, wheel of the law, conch, etc. and precious objects: paintings, books etc... The transition with the neck is ensured by two friezes, one of lingzhi and the other of meanders. Symbols of happiness are represented on the neck of the vase: bat, character "Fu", peaches of longevity and lotus. Porcelain enamelled polychrome. H. 92 cm. Good condition.
